Caramelised Onion & Roast Pepper Tart topped with mozzarella cheese

Game and Duck Liver Pate with toast and apple and cinnamon chutney

Prawn Cocktail served with babygem lettuce

with brown bread & butter

Homemade Smoked Haddock Fishcake with homemade tartar sauce

Breaded Brie & Camembert with cranberry sauce

For Main....

Traditional English Roast Turkey with homemade stuffing, roasted parsnips, roast potatoes & chipolata wrapped in bacon

Chargrilled locally sourced Sirloin Steak served with grilled tomato, mushroom,

peas & chips (sauces are available on request + £1.00)

Rayleigh's Local Breasts of Pheasant stuffed with pork and leek, on parsnip mash with baby onion & thyme Jus

Butternut squash stuffed with cous cous with tomato and basil sauce

Lamb Shoulder served on minty mash with red onion jus

Hake with dauphinoise potatoes, roasted vegetables and white wine and parsley sauce

Seabass fillets on stir fry vegetables and saute potatoes with cherry tomato sauce

All above served with seasonal fresh vegetables
